How to overcome your worry?

We should understand that our problems do not exist outside of ourself, but are part of our mind that experiences unpleasant feelings. For example, when our car has a problem and we usually say “I have a problem”, but in reality it is the car’s problem and not our problem.

The car’s problem is an outer problem, and our problem which is our own unpleasant feeling and it is an inner problem.

These two problems are completely different. We need to solve the car’s problem by repairing it, and we need to solve our own problem by controlling our attachment to the car. Then, we have ability to detach from grasping of material things and we can use needed material things for only our survival of this short Life time. This way of practice helps us to overcome our unnecessary tension, fear, stress and worries in our daily lives. Just try to Cultivate and train mind in this way to gain true peace and happiness here and now.

May all beings be happy🙏🏻
